he takes prisoners from court to jail !? when he goes into jail im sure they will kick his ass for u haha

its good to hear that people are gettin punished for what they have done, i remember readin the post of when it happend and it sounded bad, so im glad for ya

Nice to know there is some justice in this countries shite legal system.
I was hit by a drink driver with no insurance, tax or mot. He didnt even own the car FFS
The w@nker only got a 28month driving ban No fine or feck all cos he didnt work

Good result i think and pretty fair in my opinion..

If his job revolves around driving, then he is probably going to find it extremely difficult to find alternative employment when he gets out.

At the end of the day, he did something extremely stupid and is now paying the price for it. The family is all ok and everyone has recovered from physical injuries and will in time recover from the mental injuries. The compensation that you get can go towards living a better life..

cheers again everybody...

Reported in the paper today, good write up about accident etc and what he done to us..

in the courier, a scottish paper.

8 months in jail and 5 year ban and need to resit his test...quite happy with that.

Been told we can claim for criminal injuries now too aswell as the insurance claims accident his insurance company????
