The clock on all the computers on the network are wrong
2003 server, if I try and reset the clock on the server it will eventually speed up by about 15 minuts
Im lost

Either the clock timer on the computer is dodgy, or it keeps automatically updating the time from an incorrect source.

The automatic updating can be changed by going into the Time/Date properties and changing the server on the Internet Time tab. I don't know how to solve it if it's the timer, you could try simply correcting the time in the BIOS rather than in Windows.
