They do the job of a fan except a bit quieter.
Only buy it if your worried about noise.
Otherwise a waste of moeny.

It'll cost well over 100 quid to do the watercooling properly.
I've had experience of a proper set up and they cheap kist.
Water cooling is brilliant though.
Keep everything cool and its hard for most people to tell if my pc is on.

does it kill alot of noise tho?
What about the other fans?
eg the 3 case fans (2in 1out) and the PSU fan

Take the rest of the fans out.
I have a 12cm fan cooling my radiator and 2 8cm ones blowing over the hd's all running at 5v.
Barely audible. PSU can't be heard unless your ear is at it.
I can run everything with no fans except the psu one and it raises temps a few degrees.
Don't go to sleep with it on anymore though so I can live with the tiny tiny bit of fan noise.

flowrate on the pump leaves a little to be desired, also no mention of the cfm rating for the fan...
£50... will probably just end up being a few degrees better than standard cooling, the 10mm OD tubing isn't the best either for hot systems, as it also restricts flow further...
tbh as said, your looking at an easy £100 plus for a decent setup... if you do a custom build, go to www.coolercases.co.uk and get something from there, never had a problem with paul in the past!
try and go for a 1/2" tube system though, flow will be much better, so can remove heat more efficiently!

1/2 inch stuff seems to be more america than here.
It also depends on what blocks you buy.
Some need the flow to perform well and some don't.
You really need to be willing to research it.
Its not plug and play either.
I've had quite a bit of hassle with mine getting it set up properly.
I don't mind messing about with it though.

tell me about it
trial and error myself though led me to the fact 1/2" does seem better at removing heat from a higher OC'd system, also the balance of WW helps too, too little or too much can fook it all up!
now gone from water to phase cooling though, only things watercooled now are the GFX & northbridge... WC just couldnt cope with what I wanted the CPU at...
only thing now though with phase cooling is the damn pinrot which can happen
