hey...

just been fitting my cage in ready to be welded but the top bar of it is fouling on the rear view mirror .. i was thinking of just pulling it off

is it an mot requirement to have a rear view mirror?

you got side mirrors right?? (both sides) if so then there is no need for rear-view mirror

my old red corsa passed fine with the rearview mirror removed (ripped off)

Can you not place the mirror a bit lower to avoid the path of the cage?

no mate cos it's stuck to this thing on the windscreen which is an autmoatic rain sensor wiper unit .. there's no scope to move it anywhere else
