v6 brakes faded like fook after about 3 good brakes from a decent speed.

If you drive hard get the 4 pots!

Nath you can get four pots behind most 15 inch wheels as most manufacturers do a 288 mm disc kit both Hispec and willwood do them.

As for people saying steer clear of Hispec its rubish IMO as I've just sent mine to be rebuilt. Some people have said do go to hispec for a number or reasons ranging from they dont have any dust seals to bad customer service. I took mine down yesterday and they dismantled them infront of me and showed me the dust seals and said they will be rebuilt in a week. So kind of shows you not listen to iddle gossip.

Also been warned off Willwoods been told by a good mate that they are poorly made and are far too noisy for road use...but this is only what I have heard here and there so cant merit what I have been told.

If I were you i'd consider either of them as they both offer pretty similar packages and even more or less the same components.

i've never had a problem with sloppy pedal on V6 set up, maybe because i changed the hoses to braided ones at the time?

and after looking at godspeed kits, i'd say spend the money nath, go for it....

you may have problems with the caliper fouling on the wheel spokes. hence you need to get some dished spokes like the mo's or get custom bells made

v6 are more than capable of stoping you for road use... combined with a 16v master cylinder and some braided hoses they are fine with marginal pedal travel...

spending 7-800 quid on brakes for the road is a bit silly...

for a road car i think the v6 are great unless you have a c20let of something silly. after all bigger brakes make you go faster
