every thing i shutdown my computer i get CCAPP can not be shut down properly, so i hav to click end now.

any ideas how to resolve it?

Seems to be a few people with that problem.
Its part of norton.
I'd uninstall norton and get something else.

sound advice there.

id too uninstall it, and throw your PC out just for installing that crap on their.

Why to companies such as Symantec and McAfee insist on embedding themselves deep into your PC?
