just had to restore my pc back to the factory settings and im stuck with a big gay purple Packard Bell toolbar at the top of the screen  cant even read wht everythings supposed to say.
how do i replace this with a standard windows one

It'll be in the startup somewhere, or services, or RunOnce in the registry. Download a copy of Spybot and put it in advanced mode, and have a look at the startup options.

right click on desktop>properties
Desktop tab> change the background pic 
'bliss' is the normal windows one
