WHat did you do for a blow in ... mask all car off an leave a big gap between damaged area and good paint around it... did you rough up surrounding area??......... Work looks spot on

out of interest how much would a someone who worked in a bodyshop earn per annum (not a owner just an employee)

i doubt he knows mate, he does this as a hobbie, but as the other guy said its about the same as a mechanic

i'll answer for him, lol, if we were doing that car we would of masked up around the quarter panel, opened boot up, masked all inside boot, just leaving bumper/arch/quarter panel exposed, then just roughed up only a bit around the actual bit to be sprayed with scotch with is just like a pan scrubbing brush thing, it just puts lil scratches in paint that paint over the top will grab onto

what i suggested was me do bodywork and get it all in primer then just pop it down to him because hes got his own booth al lset up, which i haven't at the moment, but i can use the booth in my college

thing with it is i would need spraying as well as most people wont take on when someone else has done prep most refuse so u find out get me full quote and we will go from there

ok no probs, my price i gave you for all the bodywork still stands, and then i'll find out price for spraying, if not i could still do all the work and put in primer, i know alot of places will take it in primer, if not they are just a shit bodyshop

spraying will either be me or my tutor at college, not sure on price, it will all depend on price of paint aswell, but do you want door and boot shuts doing? want full boot doing? engine bay? u2u me it might be easier
