i think i got cought today, doing about 35 mph, but i drove back down the road, and there is no speed camera signs any where and the think Van was hidden and parked on the path illeagally, can i still get done?

yes u can get done but he should have put a sign out like a roadworks sign about 100 meter from his van

Who told you that?
in order to take the money for more camera's they have to be visiable from 400m and inform you that there are camera's in operation. you see it on the motorways. signs for speed cameras then the van on the bridge.

there has to be fixed or mobile signs in place, somewhere on the road or van has to be visible..they can't be sneaky about it, contest it....

oh yeah, they can only park up where there are fixed signs on the road,. Thats why they have those markings on the road.

The only reference to signage is in the ACPO guidelines. These guidelines are non enforcable. There is no law which states that prior warning must be given in the form of signage.
