I asked vaux why my door locks were a bit wobbly, they said it was the deadbolt ring.

Apparently a common fault. Vaux were asking £100 to fix, or around £15 for the part, and a bit of patience to DIY

deadlock cam gear usually. about 14 quid for the parts, but a bit fiddly if its the first time you've done it.

no, unfortuantely no alarm can operate the deadlocks on a corsa b as the deadlock activation is mechanical from the camgear.

u can get an alarm that will lock the vehicle but not deadlock it.

the picture in my other post only shows all the springs because i had a problem with the lock barrel internals. The deadlock ring is one of the first things that you take off the lock barrel so you wont see those springs etc.
