C20XE Fully Rebuilt to standard spec (early square tooth belt,non coscast)
Block chemically cleaned and painted mid blue.
Rebored 0.5mm oversize with new pistons/rings to suit.
Crank reground 0.25mm under size with new shell bearings to suit.
ARP big end bolts.
New oil pump and pickup pipe.
All bolts,gaskets and seals replaced.(sump does NOT leak)
Head stripped and chemically cleaned,lifters stripped and cleaned.
Valves lapped in and new valve stem oil seals fitted.
All nuts,bolts,gaskets and seals replaced.
Properly run-in (not too hard.not to soft) on mineral oil with several changes in first 1000 miles.
At 1000 miles changed to semi synth oil.
At 2500 miles changed to silkolene pro s 5W40 fully synthetic oil.
Just had another oil/filter change at 5000 miles,again using the silkolene fully synth.
It comes with good order F20 box which had a new clutch at rebuild.
Also comes with the standard ecu,loom and full injection system ready to run.
All work was caried out at a local engine re-man shop with reciepts too prove.
Its a cracking engine,smooth and tap free,its just my project plans have changed so its up for sale.
Offers around £450,
Which is a bargain as it cost 'way' more than that for the rebuild!
