I use Tripple Wax car shampoo, then chamoied off with an Auto Glym synthetic, I find it's better than a leather one and does'nt shrivel up! Polish wise Auto Gylm, but i find it leaves dust. I also use Meguair's 3 stage - Paint Cleaner, Polish and Caranbau Wax. Take's a while, better if there's 2 of you! The results are pretty good though.

my favourite bit of kit is AutoGlym glass polish; peopel often overlook the windows - but this stuff brings them up fantastically; especially if you have tints
other than that I use AutoGlym products

I use autoglym shampoo and lukewarm water.
Followed by a Chamois leather, and then a light rub with autoglym super resin polish.
For windows, Wurth Foam glass cleaner is super.

Buy a Meguairs Wash Mitt and use that instead of a sponge. I bought one recently and its excellent.
I'd also recommend Meguairs Tech Wax. Made my paint come up nice as shown below
I use Autoglym Glass Polish on the inside and outside of all windows and on the outside of my headlight and tail light glass.
For the polishing the wheels and exhaust I use Autoglym Metal Polish.
I am turning to Meguiars more and more over Autoglym as after trying some free samples it is superb stuff

Will this not take the laquer off the wheels?

Why would it? Says its suitable for alloy wheels and no laquer has come off them so far
