Any ideas what the screatching/grinding noise im getting when turning the wheel?

I think it may be low on fluid, would something that simple cause such a noise?

Either that or the belt is loose mate, check tension and belt condition!

Pretty sure the belt is tight enough, and its a new MTech belt so condition "should" be as new...
