Whats the advantage of hard settings on normal roads, surely it's going to make it worse to drive??

On a track fine, depending on conditions, but see no advantage on the road?

My Corsa SXi had the Koni kit, OMG it was rock solid and small holes caused it to bang really bad, handled like it was on rails though
