Seems to be £20.99 for unlimited calls and 8mb broadband?

If extremely poor customer service is a catch, then yes.

Just pray you don't have a problem because it won't be resolved anytime fast.

ditto.

I've been on talktalk broadband for a year and migrating out to another service provider. I wouldn't even have it if they paid me, nevermind for free.

Connection is very slow, they block P2P and although you can get through to customer services, they are useless - can't do everything, it's always 'OK we'll send a message off to somebody and then they'll call you/email you', etc. and you never hear back.

Taken me three weeks to get a MAC number out of them to transfer my broadband, grrr!

I wouldn't fall for these providers that give this and that free as it usual means they're shite.

Good providers don't have to beg for customers.

Quoting a TalkTalk spokesmen from the news a week or so ago.

"People aren't interested about the actual upload or download speeds when using broadband, they just want to have broadband".

Yea. So if you are your average AOL user then you'll be fine.

I use BT, never experiences any downtime, and always get ace speeds.

they must be better than E7even.com

took me 4 months to get a MAC code. They're still accepting new customers even though they're in huge debts after refunding the old customers
