All software is genuine, licensed and legitimate. This is a complete package, ready to use for web surfing, multimedia, games, watching and recording TV, word processing... the list goes on! Supplied in the original box, with restore CDs, installation guide, mains power cable, keyboard and mouse.
One issue with the machine - whenever Windows starts up, it displays a 'Media Centre Receiver had to close because of an error' crash message - a click of OK and it's fine. Doesn't seem to cause any problems or prevent recording/viewing TV or using any other functions of the machine so not quite sure what it's up to - I seem to remember reading something on the Internet about this being a problem with one of the Microsoft Windows Updates for Media Centre. Other than that, machine is working completely and fully tested.
