he reckomended autoglym or maguirs
says you can get full packs now or soemthing

get some polishing cloth stuff too, halfords sell it for about 3 quid a roll, it looks like bandages good stuff....

I always use Autoglym products and they're fine... Meguiars is great stuff to (Tech Wax that is) but i find Autoglym products work best on my motor and i get them very cheap so it's great 
p.s. i always apply any polish with Meguiars little spongey circle pads they're awesome and make sure u dont use to much then i buff it off with perfect polishing cloths
