MINT Astra GSi Turbo!!! FOR SALE!!!!!

Hi all,
Ive made a decision to sell up my astra as im looking to buy a house in the near future and want to start saving as of now!!!
Heres the low down on the car...
Ive havnt had the car too long but its been loved buy both owners now and hardly used only in decent weather!!!
The cars exterior is pritty much standard apart from some irmscher goodies which have been added, Also Factory fitted (option) climate control is included which is a must in my opinion! The wheels have no curbing marks either,
The car is still on its origional tyres with plenty of tread left(this shows it hasnt been driven hard at all) Due to my job i can only use some weekend and not in week at all,
This is a great example for a enthusiast and all the nessesary mods and expence has been spared for you already!
The car has had narly 8k spent on it and all the work has been carried out at Courtenay sport with recipts to back it all up,

this was carried out at CS with graphs to prove,
since the only 2 months ago i had a futher rolling road sessions done(Accuracy of roller and skill of operator very much in doubt tho, lots of wheel spin! )
252bhp - 262lb/ft
is very fast on the road tho and power deliver is very smooth!
As you can see the car has had no expence spared and any viewer will be very happy with what they see,
It is as clean under the bonnet as the outside is, Hours have been spent looking after this car and is only used on weekends hence the low milage, Always garaged too,
The mods that have been arried out to engine work suburbly well with the car resulting in a great drive,
It drives supurbly and is great fun to drive, the sale is very regretable but it has to go.
Concidering it has had 8k spent on it i fell the asking price is very fair,

i have been in this car and can garantee its in very good condition and does good like stink!!!! also so smooth and still feels like factory...............just a little faster....hehe

this car is in really good nick, nice sublte mods, and the engine bay is stunning:
Shame to see that go mate so early.
Good decision by going to buy a house, i have been looking into this for a bit also. But i will not let my GSI go just yet
