Wouldn't go as far as to call em that but bless em, they work hard but what can you expect from a firm employing kids & where management has a combined I.Q of 10.
I suspect they have learnt things the hard way in life through trial and error

Minimal, all depends what state of tune your engine is in. Only need larger bore exhausts and big air filters for major engine tune, otherwise all they tend to do is move the powerband to further up the revs?

I would do but Im in Liverpool! Would it involve putting a bigger backbox on as the current one you fitted is a short flat oval shape. Also how much would it cost?
