hmm yeah thats what i thought
but can the amp can be manually adjusted for each speaker in terms of power out put/decibel/volume level??
but the thing is will it effect the sound quality in any way by reducing these levels??

yeah the levels can be adjusted on each channel, wont affect the quality. To be honest ive had mine ridiculously loud at full volume, you dont need to push it that far to enjoy films. Ill see if i can find the clip off my phone from the party we had at mine on new years...

Found the video, not the best quality cos it was in the dark on my phone, but u get the idea Got the projector on a 6 foot screen

just an update
apparently Pioneer are releasing a very similar model but with HDMI switching VSX1016!! for around the £400 mark! which is not bad at all considering the vsx1015 is about £370!!
from websites and from a av forum ive found out it should be released in june, hopefully but im not sure, anybody else know about it?

hhmmmmmmmm..... Im tempted to get that cos my projecter is HDMI and the media centre/DVD player im getting is too. Although i got to stop wasting money now Its also got video up conversion which means you could just connect the HDMI for digital and Component for analogue connections, and everything else would be converted to that standard (ie s video from sky or composite from freeview etc)
