i agree that its a good phone when it works 
iv had mine since thursday but only really turned it on friday night, havn't really used for texts / calls yet and its already crashed 3 times.

The phone was connected to the internet and he kept pressing the red button to exit (typical nokia user) instead of exit.. Obviously tis keeps it running in the background.
Then when hed make a call itd ask him if he wants to stay connected to GPRS basically never stopped him making the call it just reminds him hes on the et basically, and he thought it was a fault 
Bit of an annoying peice of software, but i had to explain it to him 5 times no joke
