I had this prob so said to them to stuff it, on AOL now which u a can actually go on unlimited hours.
If u have noticed the BT TV Adverts have changed now to say u only get 150 hours a month. My dads gone to the traiding standards about it.

I've got unlimited, no probs so far I'm sure a big company like BT would have covered themselves for something like this. I mean who actually reads the terms and conditions??

I tried AOL but i found it way too wierd! I hate their format. I prefer Microsoft products like outlook express and internet explorer.

u dont have unlimited, if u use it for 12 hours or more a day too much they cut u off, lots of people have this prob, and ive had no prob with AOL and i can keep it on ALL day.

I've only ever had ntl broadband, the 3meg one, soon to be 5 meg apparantly.
24.99 a month, unlimited surfing/downloading.
I was on dial up until 16 months ago, that was with ntl, it was alright, but sometimes didnt work. Never had any problem with my current broadband.
