Its certainly a motoring offence, whether or not the police would be interested in securing a conviction on the word of some guy who just lives there I'm not so sure about.

some punk did a handbrake turn in a corsa the other night, and was very close to my dad's merc...i wasn't happy. this lady i was with rang the police.....they came out, but as you can imagine, they fools had shot off by then.

stupid, police coming out for people doing poxy handbreak turns! yet whne i know people being chased off the road bny drunken crackheads they just say "theres nothing we can do"?

since my dads a inspector i asked him, it is illegal, but at the end of the day they need hard solid proof, it can be classed as driving with-out due care and attention however, if he was doing 30mph, hes not braking the law aslong as he can come up with a story to why he needed to use his handbrake

'brisk acceleration' - thats a fun one to get stopped for. it is just sad and chavvy doing hand break turns, especially in a street etc, no guarenteed control over the car. i drive through wickham often, please never hit my car

Just what we need, more ignorent twats on the road thinking they can do what they like.

Did they teach you to do random hand break turns on the driving test? Is it in the high way code anywhere that you should perform a hand break turn in any event? No.

Go off road, private land, a track, but not public roads you penis.
