what sort of guarentee do you have in these one of mine is crackling
and its getting on my nerves

how old are they?
where did you buy them from?
do you havea receipt?

some products have a manufacturers warranty of 1 year but if you dont have a receipt or if you bought 2nd hand your on your own

u checked the wiring? loose wires can cause crackling etc
