Adaware, Spybot and Windows Defender
First two from www.download.com
Defender from www.microsoft.com
Update them all first then do a full scan including archives (adaware), and remove anything they find

it shows this msg:
Some important facts about spyware:
Spyware is a software, which can gather information from user’s computer through Internet connection and send them to
its creator. Gathered information can be passwords, credit card numbers, e-mail addresses and all that data, which is
important for you. Usually users even do not know that their computers are infected! Besides, spyware can be used for
advertising purposes, when commercial pop-ups are opened on your desktop occasionally.
Spyware applications are often offered as a hidden component of freeware or shareware programs, which you
can download from the Internet. Once installed the spyware’s monitor traces user activity on the Internet and transmits
important data in the background to someone else. Click here to scan your PC for spyware and adware...
and everytime I change it (homepage) it reverts back to that message. Every so often I Get a blue msg in bottom right corner saying "System scan is highly reccommended by Windows Security Centre"
