basically just went out for a quick drive and it seems as if my clutch is sitcking... its driveable but when letting the clutch come up its now taking its time and seems to be sticking...
no idea what it could be? new clutch?
also what price am i looking at to fix it?

Not too sure pal. I'd personally say, check the clutch cable, might need some lube or somthing..
