Just set up my pay as you go sim, want to cancel my contract with vodafone. Is there a number I should call or do I need to go to the shop? Couldnt find anything on the site.

cost my brother £100+ to cancel his contract. depends on how much it is a month (line rental)

well my contract period ended couple of months ago I just carried on paying it, ive finished buying the phone so shouldnt cost me anything. marriott there is nothing geek about phones i feel.

you need to ring up vodafone and get the address to send a letter of cancelation into, just send a letter to this adress and the contract gets canceled 30 days after they recieve the letter.

you will not be charged for canceling the contract, people only get charged if they cancel within the 12 month period.

Yup Vodafone will only take cancellation in writing - I did it last month, the address was on the bill.
