I've got an sony k750i on contract with orange. Its got the usual faulty joystick.

I just went into the orange shop but they couldn't send the phone off because I didn't have any proof of purchase.

I ordered the phone from the orange website if that helps?

there should be a dispatch note with it thats your receipt.

If not ring customer services and tell em your situation can they send a letterheaded paper with the IMEI date you upgraded and model of phone and get them to authenticate it for you
