I wouldn't go that route mate, your taking a big risk.

I would leave that for the marine side as and when you go there.

Matty if i were you id get the tank, heater, filter, air pump. Decide what you want, then buy all your other bits

Set the tank up, cycle for 31 days etc and stick with fish

imo fish are better than any kind of crab/hermit/lobster. If you go marnie there are some really weird looking ones out there you could stock the tank with

Tropical is cheaper to set up, probably the same amount of work but generally the fish are much cheaper (between 75p and £10) whereas marine fish are £20/30/40+

If i was doing another tank, i'd go marine i think

Ta. I'm not that fussed about having crayfish, thought I'd ask while people that know are here for me to ask!

Dont think my tank comes with an air pump?

I need to decide what fish I'm going to start with as I know you cant stick any old fish with one another.

Just an air pump and a stone, they look good in a tank imo. You dont have to have one but it puts extra oxygen into the water

air pump, tubing, and stone

Get an ornament you can sit the stone it so it looks cool.

We had a ship wreck thingy with a 6" air stone in it and it looked quite cool with the bubbles coming out of the castle
