We need someone witj a bit of backbone who can make an impression on the youngsters whilst Mclaren is in "charge"
I think Neville can do this, then maybe hand it over to Terry afterwards once the squad has matured a bit (Including Terry)

Although Gerrard would be ok Terry has the fighting England spirit, bravery and bull dog material to get everyone up for the games.
If anyone saw him cry on sat it just goes to show what it meant to him and what the future can hold.
