opions please on what they are like to own, running costs? reliabilty?would prob do around 15 thosand miles a year!
Also any buying advice or alternatives
Iv a budget of around 6k and looking for performance comfart and reliabilty - greedy me!!

was looking at vag tdi's but they all have space ship milage.
Specifc VAG ideas?
really like the look of the astra though

Im feeling that i may be needing something larger than clio before long
less rear leg room than the corsa, 5 adults isnt an option really
mk4 Astra Gsi, Civic Type R, Mk4 Golf Gti, etc are what im feeling

mk4 golf gti, i never really rated them, nowi have one and its ace.
bora is a good option too, bit bigger bit slower engine sits the other way, but still and awesome car, fully loaded with all te extras, cheaper than the golf by a long shot too! 6k will get a nice face lifted one. b5.5??

passat is also a good choice. i'd go for a bora tdi 6 speed.

work at arnold clarke and preped a sold passat today 81k on it tdi went for 6k 03 plate think it was, really tidy inside and out, we sell loads of em never have any problems with them

arent they a liitle slow?
I had a play with one in the 172 and we left a roundabout and i caught him up, overtook just after about 3/4 mile, and left it round the twisites

no love for the astra in here then
if i manage to sell the xe corsa i should then have about 3k to spen on a second car so would be able to keep the milage down
