Looking at the WC group stages I gotta say that Italy could well miss out on getting out of their group, I'm being totally serious and not just saying it to wind up Luigi or anything, but look at the group:

Italy
Czech Republic
USA
Ghana

I can see Italy beating Ghana but the Czech's and USA aren't gonna be easy and it could get very interesting in that group.

What do others think? I mean yes Italy are the favourite to win the group with the Czech's being runners up, but imo it's 2 out of 3 as to who goes through as the yanks are constantly getting better and better.

Depends on the fitness of their centre backs, and wether Toni can carry on scoring. I reckon they'll progress though. Maybe on 5/6/7 points though.

Think it is going to be tough for them but reckon they will scrape through instead of USA.

Kinda accurate, Nesta wasn't fit, and they got 7 points.
