my PC has 256MB of PC133 in currently, can i only use PC133 memory with my machine or can i use any memory?

i knows it advisable to use PC133 but just wondered if others could be use and if so what

if its 133 its going to be sd ram, ram compatability if a funny thing, but yes you could run say pc100, however it could clock the current 133 down to 100
