Just got mine lowered so don't need these anymore:

front and rear springs
all shocks and stuff like the rubber bush for the top (fitted poly's to mine)

only thing you'll need is front top mounts off yours.

fine for going back to standard, or replacing worn (think these are meant to be slightly better than standard as well.. a whopping 5mm lower )

not sure how old they are, don't think they are that old (couple of years?) car hasn't done many miles so plenty left, very comfortable when they were on anyway (only had caro 8 weeks). off a 1.6 sport

also got:
1x anti roll bar polyeurathane bush
2x rear beam poly bushes that i didn't bother fitting when i swapped it all.

erm erm erm £50 for the lot??? (nuts to delivery, collect from tuxford/newark, nottinghamshire)
