hi all sorry to be a pain in the arse but i got a real problem.
here goes.
i just bought a redtop with knackered cam belt which was all go as the valves were bent so i got some new. only problem is when i removed the valve seal the guide snapped where the valve had cracked it. i have seen bronze guides for sale on ebay so i assume they come out but i just cant seem to get the guide out of the head. has anyone tackeled this before how do i get them out. i really dont wanna have to buy a new head.
any help would be great. thanks all
