Whats the best software to use?
Already got Dreamweaver 8
Anyone recommend anything else or will that do the trick just aswell as any??
Also where can i aquire them

Torrent,
Dreamweaver for HTML/CSS unless you know how to code.
Photoshop for graphics.

If you can/are coding it then theres a great program called Context (google it, its free) which will colour code keywords etc
