Hi,
I would like your advice on how much i should be lowering the back of my corsa 40mm (standard drop) but would it take a lot of work for a 60mm drop? Arch mods? I know that i should drop the front more than the back for handling etc... At the moment i've only just started changing bits of my car so admittly i still have steels, but i want to put 17" on so has any one done this and had any problems? Thx.

17's with a 60mm drop, You'll need ur arches rolled mate. 17's with a 40mm drop, will probsmake ur tyres rub occasionally. This is my opinion though

For handling, 17's and 60mm is too low IMO.

15" and 60mm should require no arch work as long as the offset of the wheels is correct (as close to et49 as possible if its a corsa b). Have you thought about 16" at all?
