Managed to get a couple of hours on the corsa today. Not the best of pics, Just thought I would keep you all updated. Oh and I now have sun burn on my back again

Still undecided on wheels and bumpers etc. Any ideas?

"any ideas?" yeh dont use a belt sander on ur car gat a DA/orbital sander

1 Major tip when doin them archs dont get any wobbles in it what so ever...

Archs will crack mate.
you can not just fiberglass them, you need to make them out of metal, they have been 100's of post about this in the past, just covering in fiberglass will not last long.......

anyone taking bets?
i am saying 32days......

Charly, its a skeleton costume, he got his clothes dirty so used that for his 'work clothes'

Whats the best way then? start again take off the plastic and build up with metal and welder?

I've seen a few with fibre glass arches just thought I'd give it a go lol

Don't bother, I don't think it looks good anyway, just colour code IMO

if you dont want it to crack mate ye metal and weld them, as them archs flex alot and will crack really really easy.

Fair enough, I'll start again with them. Going to be a bugger though as I've put a layer of filler on since them pics, oh well
