outcome me totally being fucked i was a right state light headed heavy feet etc, new team prob wouldn't want me to play for them at all after todays performance i need to get fit quick!

only just finished and im used to legs being dead in the morning after an active game but there dead already

Soak legs in cold water for 15mins, stops aching joints in the morning.
