I want to take a picture of an MSN conversation (sister is winding a mate up) and I don't know how to do it, maybe one of you lovely bunch could help me out?

Focus on the windows then alt+print screen. Takes an image of the current window in focus.

Shift + Prt Scrn, Paste into ms paint and save

Go into paint and edit paste.

I dunno what all the shift/alt is for?
