im looking for pc solely to run Flight simulator 2004.The minimum requirements are below:
Microsoft® Windows® 98/Me/XP/2000
PC with 450 MHz equivalent or higher processor
128 MB of system RAM for 2000/XP, 64 MB RAM for 98/Me
1.8 GB available hard disk space
4x speed or faster CD-ROM drive
8 MB video card required
Sound card, speakers or headphones required for audio
Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
I wondered if some one would searh for an ideal system on ebay for me as im not to great when it comes to Pcs.Dont need the monitor just the tower itself.

1gb ram ddr400 or better
6800GT 256mb Nvidia
monitor keyboard and speakers are up to you
that wat i have and it runs it perfect

the desktop is always being used to browse the internet by my brother or mum.the laptop is an option but i would prefer a seperate Pc as i want to connect it to my plasma.

Its well below the entry spec of an office.....i work for a local authority and we bin better on a weekly basis. Some PC's get 'recycled' to people who need them (old folks, needy students etc)
Maybe worth a punt to your LA? we have a warehouse full of the fokkas awaiting 'recycling'
