Did a little snooping around on internet.
The couple who currently own the flat I'm buying bought it for just £32,000 in 2000. I'm buying it for £83,000.
That means that on average the flat has gone up £8,500 a year in the last 6 years

mine were built last year beiung sold to be at price they were built at £130k and they were revalued recently at £142k so I make a few quid just by moving in
and its never been lived in, so brand new with 12months warrenty, builders thing wotever it is

Yep I know that, just hoping mine will go up a bit still yet. Should do hopefully as the price I am paying is the price of a 1 bed (mines 2 bed) flat.
