Great player, seems to be settled in Italy though really and has never really been 100% in England.

FUCKING ACE!!
Two year loan deal but Chelsea can have him back after one year - or something?!

I had heard the rumours but NEVER thought he'd come back to us!

Adriano and Crespo up front? Viera, Cambiasso, Solari in the middle, Zanetti, Samuel and Cordoba at the back?

OMFG just hand us the scudetto now!

2 year loan deal? Why don't Chelsea just sell him for christ sake? He won't come back and he'll be 33 - 34 years old and they won't get a penny for him.

Doesn't like England, be it the culture, the weather or the people, in any case you can't keep an unhappy player somewhere he doesn't want to be, thats the current football climate anyway where the player basically has all the power as regards to transfers.

i think many big name footballers come to England and are utter flops. Not sure whether it's the pressure or what. I Think a lot of them find the Premiership hard going. Crespo and Drogba included. Shevvy will be the same I reckon.

It's effectiely a free transfer... He has 2 years left on his Chelsea deal anyway. The loan spell if Chelsea don't re-call him will take him to the end of his current contract
