There is a place near the Wicker that is meant to be a good powder coaters. Think its called Express Coatings.

as for price id guess u will be lookin at £30 a wheel or there abouts

second on that one near the wicker. think there are a few down there.
but for an guaranteed absolute mint finish i can personally vouch for metal Magic in Barnsley. my bro just had his 205 gti wheels done. they really have done a superb job!!!
