Hi, ive got a 1.6 corsa sport. Just had my engine reconned about 1000 miles ago but recently its started to judder when i put my foot down on the accelerator and the engine management light comes on. It used to only do it when I really put my foot down and took it to the rev limit but now its doing it in every gear as soon as I reach 2-3000 revs. It stinks of petrol outside and is juddering allmost like it does when it runs out of fuel. Ive swapped the coil pack and checked the spark plugs but it still seems to be doing it. However it only ever does this after the cars been running for a good 10 minutes which is kinda puzzling. Anyone got any ideas? Cheers

that yours < the blue one?

tis very very nice if it is,

as for misfiring, check plugs leads, then crank and cam shaft sensor as they control the timeing

aslo check the map sensor pipe if it has a hole in make sure everything is as it should be

check that your egr blanking plate is not leaking, if you can remove the egr and clean it with brake cleaner.

Im not sure what exactly, but it was summit to do with the egr although the symptoms were a lot worse than most people experience. I presume that it was down to the inlet manifold ive had put on and summit to do with overfueling. I blanked off the EGR and removed the secondary air pump and it seems to be much nippier than it has ever been and dusnt judder atall.. however engine management light comes on every now and then when I give it proper death
