This is the main one I use:

You'll need this:

to install .txd and .dff (texture and model) files.
You can alter boats, planes, cars, bikes and weapons as shown below:
Silenced MP5:
Combat shotgun:
Stinger:
Proper M16:
and silenced 9mm with laser

Keyboard and mouse... too many functions to apply to a joypad IMO.

I shot them whilst they were sitting down, so they're laid out on the chairs, blood on the floor.
Hopefully they'll put ragdoll physics in the next GTA
