I have.

Bought a set of wheels, to cut a long story short they were stolen on delivery. Infomred the company that we didnt get the wheels and gave them the police incident number I got. Did they do anything, no! Did they cover me under their delivery insurance, no! They told me that according to them they were signed for (doesnt matter who by it seems) and it isnt their problem anymore.

well thats something that you should have taken up with the courier isnt it?

once the goods leave the company then they become the responsibility of the courier.

Cosmo this is the same for all companies, if its signed for then what can the companies do. U could be trying to fleece them out of a set of wheels. Its the delivery companies fault.
