can i leave them on car and paint, what should i avoid painting?

you can leave them on the car jimbo...

just make sure you take the wheel off first

and avoid painting the disks...

your better taking them off!!

I done mine red, disnt take them off...looked a bit sloppy!!

I took mine off, then put an abrasive wheel in a drill to clean them up. Went over with white spirit and dried them off. Then painted them with Hammerite Smooth.

I'd go for black.

nickle plate them or take them off, get them bead blasted....then use 'thinned calliper paint and spray them...
or powedr coat them.....
