He has been given an 8 match ban which started the first game after the foul (Arsenal) and also given 15 match suspended for 2 yrs.

City gave him a four match ban which also started at the Arsenal game so he only misses 8 in total. He was also fined by City so the FA didnt fine him.

should be more in my opinion. There isn't a place for things like that in the game.
