Hate call centres, plus I don't know my address yet or anything about out Sky system 
Basically, we have a Sky box, it has a card in it, but it's not been paid for or anything. Should it still show all the Freeview channels? Got no E4 at the moment.
Also, we aren't getting C4. Any ideas on how to sort that one, I've tried to add channels but to no avail.

If you are just using a viewing card without subscription, you will get all the free channels. But E4, E4+1 and more 4 etc are not available. C4 should work though.
